Language has always been my bridge to the world. I grew up in California with parents who believed in the power of travel and curiosity—summers were often spent exploring Mexico or Europe, where I learned early on how meaningful it is to connect with people across cultures. That spirit of discovery stayed with me into adulthood, leading me to live in nine countries and travel through 42. Along the way, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life and developed a deep appreciation for the stories, struggles, and goals that shape how we express ourselves. What began as a love of language has become a lifelong commitment to helping others feel understood across borders, backgrounds, and barriers. Passionate about Four-legged Friends, Fancy Dinner Parties & Fresh Produce
Outside of my work, I’m passionate about cooking and love spending time at fresh markets, picking out seasonal ingredients and discovering local flavors. I enjoy hosting cozy dinners and vibrant gatherings where good food, meaningful conversation, and connection are always on the menu. I also adore animals and often petsit while traveling—it’s a heartwarming way to bond with both creatures and communities. Helping people plan and navigate their own travels has become another unexpected joy, whether it’s sharing local tips, building itineraries, or encouraging others to explore the world with curiosity and care. With a creative mindset and an eye for precision, I bring this same spirit of warmth, clarity, and intention to everything I do.
An Exceptional Teacher Should Never Stop Being an Eager Student
I love to learn—from ancient and world history to any kind of science to how your name should "really" be pronounced! I am adore studying languages and speak several myself, including Spanish and Italian, which has given me a deep sensitivity to how meaning shifts across contexts. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics and Language Acquisition, and I am fulfilled by helping individuals find the clearest, strongest version of their voice—especially when they’re expressing complex ideas in a second language. With a creative mindset and an eye for precision, I am convinced that my purpose in life is to share knowledge and help people achieve their life goals in a way that is collaborative, empowering, and tailored to everyone's unique needs.
